How to have the perfect person for your Network?


One of the tips I can provide you to gain those people is that..."you first need to know certain skills" to use when doing prospecting.

#1. Build Trust – kapag pinagkatiwalaan ka ng tao, di mo malalaman, bigla na lang,,”Uyyy…prospect ko na pala sila…”

#2 Promote youself not the opportunity – Kung alam ng mga taong nasa paligid mo, na pwede nilang pagkatiwalaan yung mga taong nasa loob ng kumpanya mo…kahit ga’no pa kalaki “pay-in cost” nyo…mag-jojoin yan! peksman!

#3. Tap the Right people – Alamin mo, sinu-sino ba talaga mga interesado sa business na meron ka.

#4. Learn the “1 Million Dollar Question”…”What do you think”….effective ‘yan, subukan mo!

#5. Learn to make your 1 minute presentation – Bigyan mo lang sila ng teasers o pahapyaw ng kung anung meron ka, kapag sumagot sayo ng….”Please tell me more!!!”. . . .Bingo ka d’yan!

#6. Be Realistic – Huwag mo pangakuan ng Milyun – milyon…. tsk!…

#7. Exclusive skills of building “Rapport” – parte ng Trust e rapport…. kailangan may koneksyon…kailangan nagkakaintindihan kayo!

#8. Realize that Networking is not “forceful” marketing… dapat yan “Educational Marketing” – kapag naintindihan nila yung halaga ng product mo at ng business mo, prospect lalapit sa’yo!

#9. Matuto kang magbasa ng Ugali ng tao – hinde lang basta banat ng banat… baka ‘pag banat mo…mabanatan ka rin…

#10. Have a seeking heart…mapaghanap ka dapat… ng kaalaman… at ng taong makakatulong sa’yo . . .ang “COACH mo!”
